The following stations have had a history of repeated non-compliance violations. The licensees have until March 15, 2016 to indicate to the CRTC that corrective measures have been taken or disciplinary action could be taken.

PRESS RELEASE
The CRTC has announced that they have received 12 applications for Aboriginal stations in Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, Toronto, and Vancouver to replace the AVR stations that had their licenses revoked last year (pending an appeal). No details were released on who is applying for what, but the applicants are the Aboriginal Multi Media Society of Alberta, First Peoples Radio, Northern Native Broadcasting, VMS Media Group, and Wawatay Native Communications Society. An announcement will be forthcoming with more details.
